Please complete the booking form with all required information to secure your reservation request.

Submit Your Payment
Your booking will be officially confirmed once the agreed payment amount has been successfully received.

Receive Booking Confirmation
Once payment is completed, you will receive a booking confirmation email with your reservation details and important trip information.

Rental Agreement & Final Procedures
A Boat/Yacht Rental Agreement will be sent via email to finalize your reservation and complete all required rental procedures in accordance with United States Coast Guard regulations.
Terms and Conditions
PAYMENT, DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION PRIOR TO CHARTER. Rental/Charter fee, balance and any additional payments are due among reservations. Date may not be guaranteed if payment is not made in full.

Full Payment or deposit is required to complete and confirm all reservations.

Bookings with Full Payment: We have a 20-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made 20 days prior to scheduled Charter will receive a full refund. If you cancel 19 days or less before the original Charter starts YOU WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL AMOUNT OF your reservation, THIS AMOUNT IS NOT REFUNDABLE but may be used towards the purchase of any future Charter within the next 12 months. This cancellation policy applies to COVID-19 cancellations. Cancellations due to Weather Conditions by Captain or Operations Team will be 100% refundable. Credit Card processing fees and service fees 5% + .30 per transaction are non-refundable.

Bookings with 50% deposits: Deposits are not refundable if you choose to book your charter with a deposit option.

With a deposit option, final payment, and the remaining balance must be paid 20 days prior to the charter/trip date to complete and confirm booking. Cancellations due to Weather Conditions by Captain or Operations Team will be 100% refundable. Cancellations made 20 days prior to scheduled Charter will receive a 75% refund. If you cancel 19 days or less before the original Charter starts YOU WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL AMOUNT of your reservation, THIS AMOUNT IS NOT REFUNDABLE but may be used towards the purchase of any future Charter within the next 12 months. This cancellation policy applies to COVID-19 cancellations. Credit Card processing fees and service fees 5% + .30 per transaction are non-refundable.

A separate and additional agreement must be completed at the marina prior to the departure for coast guard compliance.

Any unused credit will expire after 12 months. Credit on file could be extended and transferable.

Full refund will be provided if the captain cannot depart from the marina due to extreme weather conditions.

We do not cancel due to rain conditions unless the captain decides it’s not safe to navigate. Cancellation is made by Captain or Operations Team only.

If the boat or yacht charter has any delay to return to the marina after the provided rental/charter service due to mechanical issues or weather conditions, refunds are not provided. Our team will work promptly and find any solutions to get your group back to the marina. If the time frame past over 3.5 hours, a partial refund will be provided.

There are no added fees or charges for rescheduling if the request is submitted 15 days prior to your Rental/Charter. If you reschedule your Rental/Charter date 14 days or less, it will have a $150.00 fee

No-shows will receive a full charge, no exceptions.

Is the Charterer responsibility to arrive on time, extra hours will not be added if Charterer does not arrive at the time agreed with I VENTURES. Extra hours fees will apply in the case Charterer would like to extend the Charter time.

THE CAPTAIN, AND I VENTURES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR BOAT CHARTER AFTER CHECK IN, IF BEHAVIOR REPRESENTS A THREAT TO THE SAFETY OF THE BOAT CHARTER. (Ex. Too sick or drunk, with a nervous breakdown, etc.)

I VENTURES reserves the right to cancel any Boat departure because of weather conditions, mechanical problems with the Boat, Customs documentation delay and for other circumstances beyond our control. We will reschedule date free of charge, apply for 12-month credit or provide a full refund.
