Coronavirus COVID-19 Updates
If you wish to reschedule your trip as a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we are currently waiving
one-time change or cancellations fees for passengers traveling between March 12, 2020 until April 15st 2020.
In the event of a change or cancellation, the total amount is not refundable and not transferable but may be used towards the purchase of any future travel within the next 12 months. Any unused credits will expire after 12 months.
WHAT WE ARE DOING TO KEEP YOU SAFE
Aircraft cleaning: after each flight, our crew will be wiping down and disinfecting surfaces within the aircraft using approved cleaning agents.
Employee contact: in each of our cities, we have provided hand sanitizer and other protective equipment, for all our employees, particularly for those who engage directly with customers and those who handle baggage.
